Straw Hat Park

In the heart of downtown Medfield is this newly revitalized park that was formerly an underutilized strip of grass.  The recent renovation of this area, once a straw hat factory, has become a beautiful gathering place with attractive DuMor game tables and benches. 

As a fundraising approach, each of the benches and chairs have a factory-installed, custom donor plaque which continually proves to be a fantastic way to offset the cost of beautifying open spaces all over New England.  The “Walnut” recycled plastic slats have a 20-year warranty against rotting, cracking, warping and splitting.  A true testimony to the longevity of these furnishings.
