Prospect Hill Park

 

This hidden gem of 273 acres of wooded natural park with scenic vistas of the Boston skyline is one of Waltham’s best-kept secrets. After an extensive renovation of many of its features and amenities, Prospect Hill Park reopened in November 2021 with the new splashpad area shown here. A splashpad is easy to add to almost any park setting. Requiring less water and maintenance than a pool, a splashpad introduces water sensory play with universal access. The most ideal design for a splashpad always includes shade and seating.
